Notice is given to all the Fellows of CPS (by examination) that the Bye-Laws of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Mumbai(”CPS”) have been amended with effect from 9th January 2015.In terms thereof as per Section XVI (4), of the Bye-Laws of CPS it is mandatory for every fellow to renew his/her membership every 10 years from his date and year of convocation as a fellow of CPS, by paying the fees as decided by the CPS Council from time to time otherwise his/her name shall be removed from the electoral roll.

In view of the above all the Fellows of CPS(FCPS) who have completed 10 years from the date and year of convocation are hereby notified to renew the membership of CPS as fellow by paying fees of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. One Thousand Only) on or before 1st October, 2018 as decided by CPS Council. It is hereby made clear that, if anyone fails to renew his/her membership, his/her name shall be removed from electoral roll without giving any further notice. The renewal form is made available on official website of College of Physicians and Surgeons of Mumbai www.cpsmumbai.org and/or in the office of CPS, Mumbai during office hours.

Please submit duly filled and signed Renewal form and fees (by cash / DD in favour of 'College of Physicians and Surgeons of Mumbai') with self attested photocopies of Adhar Card (ID proof), Address proof, MMC registration Certificates and FCPS Degree.
