Notice is given to all the Fellows (by examination) who have been conferred their fellowship on or before 31st July 2013, for renewal of their membership on the basis of fellowship by examination.

In terms thereof as per Section 13 (d) of Chapter-VII, of the Bye-Laws it is mandatory for every fellow to renew his/her membership every 10 years from his/her convocation as a fellow by paying the fees as decided by the Executive Committee from time to time otherwise his/her name shall be removed from the electoral roll.

In view of the above all the Fellows, who have completed 10 years from the date and year of convocation are hereby directed to renew the membership as fellow by paying fees of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. One Thousand Only) as decided by Executive Committee on or before 18^th September, 2023. It is hereby made clear that, if anyone fails to renew his/her membership, his/her name shall be removed from electoral roll without giving any further notice. The renewal form is made available on our official website www.cpsmumbai.org and/ or in the office, during office hours.

All the fellows are further instructed to check in person whether their names are included in the present electoral role, kept in the office of the Secretary of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Mumbai, during office hours, at CPS house, Dr. E. Borges Road, Parel Mumbai 400 012, till 30^th September, 2023 up-to 12:00 noon.
